D20: Democratic National Convention
D20 was the first “virtual” national political convention with over a hundred pre-recorded and live remote shoots that aired on TV, online, and on-demand via the DNC OTT app.
I was one of the segment producers that helped manage memorable moments of the convention including the state delegate Roll Call.
The Roll Call segment was very well-received, garnering far-reaching positive press from CNN and The Washington Post to features on every late night show. The “Calamari Comeback State” clip even went viral spawning dozens of memes. My personal favorite was Montana which spawned dozens of moos!
